I see people saying they didnt get enough tea or whatever but each packet contains 2 teabags. If you get 12 packets thats 12 weeks of tea. You make 2 bags (1 packet) per week. To make it easy, buy a 1 gallon jug of water. Pour 2 cups of that water into a saucepan and let it come to a boil. Remove from the heat and Add the 2 tea bags from 1 packet to the hot water and cover overnight (8 hrs). The next day add the tea (including the bags) to the gallon jug and put in the fridge. Drink one cup (8oz) with lunch and dinner. Have your last and final half cup (4oz) with a snack. That means you should have drank 2.5 cups of tea a day. That gallon should last you all week. So if you buy 5 packets, that's 5 weeks.
